But oh boy, does it require work. You get out what you put in.

This journey of self-development surely isn’t easy. You’re un-learning a LIFETIME of bad habits and growing from unfavorable circumstances.

————————————————————————

I started that ^ on Thursday last week, and I honestly had no idea what I was going to write about. I’m glad I waited, because I have an inkling now – You cannot force something if it doesn’t feel right. For example, my Personal Pivotal Needs (PPNs) for my Definite Major Purpose (DMP). I have had a DMP written and revised several times, but it still didn’t feel like it was authentically “mine”. I just revised it yet again, and now it feels closer to what I aim to manifest for myself. Of course, it doesn’t (yeah it does, but eventually not) matter what you have chosen for your PPNs because in the end, they will all be realized – but with your DMP, you are literally writing the blueprint for your subby to create for the next few years of your lifetime. There’s a lot of pressure, and at the same time, this should be easy! I had no idea why it didn’t feel right, it didn’t sit well with me. This week, I have experienced SO MUCH RESISTANCE, and I was clueless. Of course it didn’t matter why, because I should be doing the work, regardless. Friday, I realized that it felt as if I was manifesting all of the work involved in a particular relationship – and that wasn’t fair because surely both parties should be putting in the work, yes? Maybe? YES. YES THEY SHOULD. It is not up to me to perfect and develop a relationship, because it takes TWO to TANGO, and the other person should (assumptions, here) be willing to do equal work.  Then today, I had ANOTHER epiphany – I realized I had someone else’s expectations in my DMP, and then I decided to remove those expectations put upon me from my DMP, and how FREEING that is! I didn’t realize how I was limiting my life by unknowingly including expectations from other people. Holy cow.

Be TRUE to your AUTHENTIC SELF. Always.

  1. LOVE it when everything starts to really come together…when we let go of everything we know and go within into the silence it all presents itself as it is meant to YaY loving that you are having breakthroughs OR as we say chipping off that cement! Loving It!
